Does Ekard work with Google Workspace?
No. Ekard is built for Microsoft 365.
How long does deployment take?
Your digital business cards and email signatures are online and live within 1 to 3 days of signing. Physical cards and full deployment follow within 30 days, with assisted deployment included.
Are physical cards included?
No. Physical cards are optional add-ons: PVC R99.00, bamboo R299.00 and metal R599.00 per card. Design and support is R750.00 per hour per month, from 2 to 8 hours. All excluding VAT.
Can Ekard replace our email signature software?
Yes, if you run Microsoft 365. Ekard manages Outlook signatures centrally on every mailbox, adds campaign banners and also brands out-of-office replies, which most email signature tools cannot do.
How do digital business cards work?
Each person gets a digital business card they share by NFC card, QR code or link. The recipient saves it to their phone or to Apple or Google Wallet, and you can see every view and save.
